I haven't seen even ONE Gameboy DS in the subway for many months i have been there. On the other hand, I can see at least a couple of people carrying around their PSP to watch movies or play around with one of the fine games on the PSP. Ok maybe not as many people as those owning an iPod mini. The target market of Sony are not the kids, this is the market with dispoable income able to watch not-DVD-quality video on UMD at a price that is just too high to be true... And they manage well as they are keeping on par with the DS which is much cheaper. If the DS was so good... at that price it should outsell the PSP by at least a factor of 2 seeing the price...
A lot of people here write they have bought a lot more CD since MP3... Myself as well, but I understand why now and I think a lot of people on./ have done the same...
4 years ago, I did not buy so many CDs because I was a poor student, today I am a happily employed IT engineer, and have a LOT of money to spend on CD... I never used Napster but have a couple of friend using it and they really did what is necessary to do in a music shop: sample...
They don't buy more or less CD since anyway singles are way too expensive compared with the retail price and that is what MP3 is competing against.
I thought one of the WTO goal was to ensure that there should be free market for whatever product! how does it come that a company has a right to decide what is legal/illegal to import?

I think that there is a Law in France that forbids the employer to scan through personal mail be it snail- or e-mail.
If they do, they cannot use it as a proof for misconduct, they will be illegal and liable of Privacy Invasion and can be sued.
So come to France All!!!
