It should and will be argued by the first lawyer who has the opportunity to do so.

That is a rather naive view of the situation, what's next GPS systems implanted into our skulls. Maybe they would appreciate us checking in and out every five minutes. One could argue that this is unreasonable search and seizure. You cannot be detained without PROBABLE CAUSE. Think how this can affect your average Joe Snuffy on the street. I'm sorry sir you look like that bank robber, the computer says so, it can't be wrong. Trash in, trash out. This system is not reliable and cannot be trusted with such a responsibility,

  3. Re:Constitutionality meets practicality on Tampa's Cameras Not Just For The Superbowl · · Score: 1

This is getting a little stupid now. Lets waste taxpayer money to install cameras all over the place and catch criminals. Face it the ones that really need to be caught are the ones that own cops and judges. Those are the criminals that need to be stopped. Tampa??? They can't even see to vote, how can they be trusted to identify criminals using this technology. I must say this is indeed a violation of the constitution, what's next. Military regulations already tell soldiers that they can't even have sex with their wives in anything other than the missionary position. Our government at its finest ladies and gentlemen.

It seems to me that Adobe has a valid argument here. I agree that they are simply fighting this battle within the graphics application software areana. Wouldn't you be a little confused by the Forb Mustang, the Hevy Impala, the Hewlet Packard. Change the name for crying out loud, be original and inventive. If you want cookie cutter garbage, write code for Microsoft.

  5. Re:And this is unusual how? on MS Wants To Know Whose PC Is Windows-Free · · Score: 2

This is unusual because Ms. Pauls cannot come to your office and audit you. Ms. Pauls can't practically shut your business down. Who gave Microsoft the right to audit anybody? If in your license agreement you granted them that right, then it's your problem. But this time they are actively going out and hounding people. If they spent half as much time testing and developing their software as they do pissing and moaning about licenses Windows would indeed be a stable platform. Could someone please tell Bill Gates that we do not live in a Communist society. (Al Gore did not get elected) This is truly taking things too far.

This is getting out of control now. Have we truly become "The United States of the Offended" as one radio man in my area says. Society is in a sad shape indeed if things of this nature go through. What happened to just plain common sense? Put the blame where it lies. Morals and values are taught in the home, not at school, not at the arcade, not anywhere other than the home. This is all truly getting out of control!!!

It is too late in my opinion. I have had several email addresses through various sites and by far the hotmail account receives more SPAM than the others combined. It's about time that people got wise to Microsoft's privacy scam.
