Trying not to sound like a troll (but I probably will, so mod me as you like), I don't like this kind of mentality. Firstly, most people living on welfare doesn't like it and would do anything to get a job, and secondly, maybe there is something like compassion in this world? I'm dreaming, I know.
Another good reason is probably the fact that it's US only? I'm not sure about that, but I haven't seen anything like this here in sweden anyway... Sounds like a good reason to build it yourself to me.:)
I downloaded this and have been playing with it for a few hours... it's very nice, except for the "close all" option in the tab-menu... I mean, why on earth should anyone want that? Probably to annoly people.:)
At the school where I go we got the opportunity to do this test about about 2 years ago. It was over a webbased interface, and we were supposed to test ourselves in Basic IT, Windows 2000 and some Office tools. I did these (these tests are not for power users, I tell you) and then decided to try a few of the others they had. Well, now I'm sitting here with a ECDL for Windows 3.1, Office 2000 and Exchange 4.0 Mail.
sure, give them a pair of rocketlaunchers
I found this article VERY interresting.

Lucky me I'll probably never need it anyway.
