You are partially correct. It is possible for everyone to use contextual menus using control-click.
However, Apple interface design standards ("Human Interface Guidelines") state that every operation must be possible without using contextual menus. For the most part, every application adheres to this requirement. Contextual menu commands are available in the applications menus.

Frankly, I don't see what's so great about clustering. It feels non-intuitive to me. And it doesn't appear to improve the quality of my results.
For example: I search for 2600. I want information on the Atari 2600. As soon as I realize that 2600 is a hacker magazine, I add the word "atari" to my search. Why is this harder than clustering?
I do like the Open in Preview Pane feature, though. --
I don't disagree with your point; Democrats are definitely creating a double-standard.
Regardless of what they say, Democrats and Republicans are eager to pull any dirty trick they can get away with. They are also eager to catch the other side doing the same.
Democrats revert to the "angel act" when they notice GOP succeeding in its attacks. --
There is a bug in the power level indicator. When you leave it off the charger for a while, it claims the battery is almost dead. Just keep using it until you get a low battery warning. --
My first reaction to SaveKaryn.com was, "Wow, what a stupid woman; she should have paid the consequences of her actions."
Then I changed my mind. She made $20,000 for her communication skills and her ability to take initiative. Other people have been in her situation without being so successful. And really, she didn't make that much money-- it would be $52,000/year as a full-time job.
Don't get me wrong. She's not my hero or someone that I tremendously respect. But her success wasn't undeserved. --
The difference between AOL and Google is that Google just does it. They don't send out press releases, generate hype, and create vaporware.

It doesn't.
To save an image, drag it to your desktop (or a folder window).
To open a link in a new tab, drag it to the tab bar.
To open a link in a new window, select "New Window" from the File menu and drag the link to the new window. (I admit, this is less than perfect.)

Mac OS X would be much better on a tablet than Windows.
Apple should license Mac OS X to a tablet PC manufacturer. (Producing it themselves would be too risky.
Check it out:
Mac OS X 10.4's new Spotlight search feature will contain "as-yet unannounced internet searching features which are said to be dramatic".
This could be a coincidence. However, it's unlikely.
I'm not sure I'd call this dramatic, but it would be nice to have this integrated with my OS.
The auction site shows numerous servers up for bid.
What's the chance that they wiped the hard drives on them?
Everything from corporate email to source code could be there.

>Is there any justification what so freakin' ever this is a frontpage story?
You're right.
We should move this to page two.

I'm not sure, but I think they'll find a senator this year ;)

Damn.
I read your subject and I was hoping for the optical illusion of a mirror.
Alas, it was only a copy of the website.

There's a (slightly) more secure way to do it.

You're right, comparing a dual G5 without RAID to a single Athlon64 with RAID is a stupid test.
Someone clearly didn't design a fair test for either side.

The LCD's are of different quality.
Compare an iMac or iBook LCD to a Cinema Display LCD the next time you go to an Apple Store.
The consumer LCD's are a little disappointing in comparison.

HAAHAHAHAH
You're kidding, right?
Premier?
An outdated version of Photoshop? (Intentionally chosen because the new one is G5-optimized.)
Two completely arbitrary tests run on Word of an unknown version? (Who uses auto-summarize?)
All of the PC's are using RAID except two, one which gets smoked by the high-end G5?
These benchmarks are funny shit.

Hilarious. I wish I had mod points.

Althought it may be flamebait to say it, there is value to copyright law (encouraging artists and innovators, etc)
There is value in copyright law for preventing commercial exploitation of one's work. Noncommercial use, however, cannot and should not be illegal.
Copyright only "protected" noncommercial use when it wasn't economically/technically feasible to copy copyrighted-protected works.
