The only way the rich can get a superior medical treatment is by travelling out of the country where some medical practice is performed that may not have been approved yet in our hospitals, if someone who earns 1000£ per month had parkinsons for an example they'd get the exact same stemcell derived treatment as Bill Gates would receive..
