    But my case design isn't. I intend on adding/removing stuff over time to keep up with my needs.

    That's the whole point of buying a tower or mini-tower. If I wanted a static design, I'd buy one of those tiny boxes.

    Despite all the bitching about this article being a paid ad, this PSU looks fairly useful.

    The other day when I was blowing all the dust out of my case, I saw all those unused power cords strung about all over the place and wished I could get rid of them.

    Since we're getting rid of bulky ribbon cables with S-ATA, it would be nice to get rid of all that other spaghetti too.

    It's your opinion that you use a better keyboard.

    I've got a Microsoft Internet Keyboard that's served me well for about 4 years, even when clogged to the gills with cat hair. I've got the extra buttons mapped to stuff I need, and the Windows key is actually fairly useful, despite all the naysaying:

    Win+L: Lock Station
    Win+M: Minimise All Windows (Win+Shift+M to undo)
    Win+D: Hide All Windows (Win+D again to undo)
    Win+E: Open Explorer
    Win+F: Open "Find File" Dialog
    Win+R: Open "Run" Dialog

    The heavy metal frame makes for excellent bruising.

    Ya see, that's the beauty of capitalism. You get to buy the stuff you want, and don't have to pay for things you don't need.

    You get to buy what you want... as long as those providing it feel it's worthwhile to sell it to you. Otherwise, you're S-O-L.

    As for not having to pay for things you don't need... recall the huge cable/satellite tv fuss that comes up every so often. You know, having to subscribe to all kinds of channels you don't need just to get one you want...

    Not having a real bank in a small town in the Netherlands doesn't seem like too big of an issue.

    I've been there a few times. Places aren't all that far apart.

    I've been using my bank card to pay for purches in-store for almosr 10 years. It's so much easier than cash. Cash is only good for small food purchases nowadays...
