Just think about the one's who they went after. It's one think to save pictures from a porn site, to spread them is another. I bet those they catch don't even have an account on penthouse.com Wonder how many of them will get to have a _serious_ conversation with their parents. -- It could be coffe.... or it could just be some warm brown liquid containing lots of caffeen. At least it'll get me through the night.
I've seen the viruses come and go so I usualy take all of these "the end is near". A comparison is the Y2K hysteria and the fear of new deadly viruses.
Today people don't get many "real" viruses other than the hateful but mostly harmless Microsoft viruses that infect.doc.xls etc. The old viruses just don't show like they used to do, and though I don't know why it's almost like the virus coders has turned security experts and crackers.
I know there will be a flood of "I have had viruses" but if we loose all of the email and MS ones and the bootsector viruses, what is left is a very small factor.
Be careful where you direct your attention for the problem is elseware.
I just hope they don't find a 2100 century equivalent to the old theory claming that space was filled with ether. Perhaps we have a 9'th planet. (not very likely explanation)

Great to see an improvement.... even though we don't see the improvement.
