The big win for Halo/2 on the XBox was the split screen coop. Me and a mate played right through both, and they were awesome. I've been playing FPSes since W3D, but the console coop experience is probably the best gaming I've had (BF1942 stole 6 months of my life though:)

CSI * is the worst piece of shit on TV. I fucking hate it. The smugness of those wankers makes we wish they were all victims of homocide. The police are treated like office monkeys (pat pat theres a good copper).
It is only a samba share. Obviously this puts a load on your network, disk and a little CPU, but if you are watching a movie, you aren't using the PC anyway.
I haven't tested my setup with someone watching and me playing a game though. Could get a little choppy I think

The propagation speed can be visualised like a queue of cars waiting at a set of traffic lights. When the lights go green, the first car takes off, and fairly shortly after the last car starts moving. Therefore the message that the lights are green travels faster than the cars themselves. Same thing with electrons. The signal being sent is faster than the particles transmitting it.
Well maybe not, but it is a fallacy to assume that porn does no harm. There is a lot of "harmless" soft porn, but even then, youths can be horribly exploited. How many of these models are making real informed and rational decisions about their bodies and what is done to them.
There seems to be the attitude that if it can be posted, then it should be allowed. This ignores a whole host moral and ethical issues, hidden behind the concept of freedom of speech. I'm not a big fan of censorship, but anything that creates a demand for the exploitation and degradation of people (male or female), just seems wrong.
Not all porn is wrong, but there is a lot that is!

I totally agree. The fan really annoys me. It is OK when loud music is playing, but in a quiet movie, it is distracting. Maybe I need to water cool?
Yeah I love my XBMC setup. I use it as the dashboard as well. I just wish there was a way to control MythTv with it.
