I completely agree. I have my phone jailbroken so I can do as I please with it. The benefit of being a nerd. As far as grocery stores go I know all about it I've had family that have been managers, and I assumes that was common knowledge.
Also what happens if they can't get into your phone? Are you required to assist them? Do you go to jail if you don't?
That would never fly here in vegas. We have WAY to many people with power that feel they are above the law, and luckily for me they would never allow this to pass. I am skeptical they will even allow this proposed law. We don't have red light cameras or speed cameras for that exact reason. Which I am grateful for.
As much as I have been frustrated enough by texters to damage their vehicle. That is an easy way to get shot or possibly even run over than shot here in the US. Seriously people are crazy and if someone broke something on my vehicle I would not take it lightly. Not saying I would shoot them, but people in california shoot other drivers because they have to sit in traffic next to them.
I connect the phone to my stereo with an aux cord for music and incoming phone calls. I set the phone on my lap so if I receive a call I can glance down for half a second to decide if I'm gonna answer or not and then look back at the road and let muscle memory take over. If I accidentally hang up trying to answer they can either call back or wait until I get to my destination. I have to watch out for too many stupid drivers to take my eyes off the road for more than half a second. I don't even like checking my blind spot because of it. That't why I don't tailgate. I have seen too many people rear end people checking their blind spot.
Man we don't have enough police officers here to do that. someone every 5 minutes my ass here in Las Vegas it would be someone every 30 seconds. And I wish I was exaggerating, I just want to enjoy driving again!!!

It gets better than that, they will give you a distracted driving ticket here in vegas now if you're doing ANYTHING other than holding the wheel. I cant verify as in getting a ticket myself but I know people that claim to have gotten tickets for eating while driving. It was apparently all over the news a few weeks back. We do have a major problem with people being on their phones while driving. it now takes approximately 30 seconds to get all the vehicles moving at a stop light now. Everyone has to finish reading their last text before they realize they need to hit the gas. I can't tell you how many lights I've missed because somebody forgot they were driving and was staring into their lap.
You liberals sure do worship places with mono culture with large religions that push racism(as you call it). But I cant get a fucking wall to try to make sure people like me don't get replaced by people with no morals or cleanliness willing to do it for $10/hr. And I say that because I have yet to go to a jobsite that was full of illegals that didn't have shit smeared all over the porta-pottys. Also, have you tried going to a neighborhood full of illegals? packed into houses like sardines? Try it sometime, it all looks peachy from your nice little white picket fence suburb.
The main problem I see here is that most android users never owned an iphone, They are used to having malware installed by an app and having too remove that app later on and feel stupid. For those people there is cydia. But for the majority of people that are not nerds, so you know... The rest of the world. The app store on ios is the best thing they could get. They don't have to think twice about it being safe to install certain programs. Remember back when apple wasn't quite so iron fisted? A few apps with malware made it through. They tightened their grip and there hasn't been any issues in a long time. Try that trick on android.
Because there are apparently people who want to make ios as shitty as android and open it up to "anyone can upload malware". Apparently people want the rope to hang their self.
Part of an iphone for the plebs is the "experience". Seriously you cant make this shit up. What apple is doing, and iirc has even claimed so publicly is guaranteeing the "experience". It is a luxury item not a phone. That is like expecting to install your pinto radio in a Ferrari. sure with modification it can be done. Same is true for iphone. However neither will be supported or warrantied by the manufacturer.

Security clearance for certain things is a given with the job. Like getting a desk in an office setting. I know a few people that most would think could never get a high security clearance.
These days, that could be closer to what the founding fathers wanted than what currently happens. But there is a chance we could fix that by removing Winner Take All. And I think that should be tried before anything else.
