  2. "talking in a manner that might be considered pressuring the FBI to stop an investigation"

Full stop! Red Flags abound! Abort, Fail, Retry!

Flip it around. If this was Obillary, there'd be nothing but TREASON! shouted and bannered from a great number of sources.

Fwiw, none of what has been revealed so far approaches treason imho. Waiting to see if this is an entertaining side show, or will turn out to be the main event.

Nothing about the current political environment is "by the book". I see Comey's hardon for the FBI and a reasonable case of CYA. I had a boss like Trump once. Only in this case he got fired and not me.

Amazing, who might have thought that an incredibly complex project won't hit its target date. Next your going to tell me it'll be over budget, too!

And because it won't hit that date (which is actually in the future, so...) the conclusion is that it is not effective or realistic.

I believe that a lot of very large complex projects did not hit their target dates, yet ended up being both effective and realistic.

If you're just bitching about the target date being unrealistic: well, yes, of course, nevermind then.

Good post, it caused me to go down the rat-hole of linquistics for a bit. I checked out the GVS because I've always been a little fascinated with the arcane spellings/pronunciations of English. The google article on GVS was informative on the how but not on the why.

On another tangent, I would imagine that the invention vocal recordings from the late 1800's on have dramatically slowed pronunciation shifts.
