You tool! OF course there decisions are strictly economic, they have a monopoly to maintain.

So then your 'technical eye' is lazy and has a cataract. Your arguments aren't technical at all, but as you stated economics.

Now go run and play in traffic you lazy ewe.

  2. layoffs = higher productivity on Fewer Employees + Same Work = Higher Productivity · · Score: 1

What I find laughable is the government slackers keep throwing out such BS as "personal income rose this month." Yeah right. Once CEO moves to a new company, gets a bigger million dollar salary and we are supposed to believe that the other 99% of the workforce are making more money. Same thing with the productivity crap. Less of us + more work means productivity is higher. It's all a load of crap.

My workload has doubled each of the last 2 months, they aren't hiring to solve the problem and more things fall through the cracks because I am strapped for time.

    Productivity stats are bullshit.

I'm with you. I saw their "settlement" with the FTC, and knew they had no intention of changing their practices.

That is why I continue to "steal" music on P2P networks. I won't stop until I feel I have recovered the extra charges imposed by this crappy industry.

Napster still lives in my heart :)

When you are in a classroom environment, the text and syllabus don't conform to you, rather you conform to the syllabus, or you LEAVE THE CLASS.

If these illiterate, ignorant children can't learn then hold them back until they do. L33t is "cultured" as you would put it. It's lazy shortcuts. Your belief that this should be tolerated is akin to saying ebonics should be used because inner city children can't learn in proper english. Excuses, lazy excuses.
