Both films are out and being watched by people in spades.
Spiderman is refreshingly quick and entertaining and Attack of the Clones is simply magical.

I'm a Star Wars fan which helps me swing towards AOTC as a favourite. That coupled with the fact that Natalie Portman casts some strange spell on me that forces me do go all glossy eyed!

Slamming George Lucas is futile. He doesn't care. This stuff was written 25 years ago and only polished in recent years. He's laughing. What's more he and his cabal are redefining the way we watch films both with sound and video.

Spiderman on the other hand is Spiderman. It's essentially the same story as you always get with Spiderman. Granted it translated well in to a film but it's still the same boy-has-spider-like-ability-and-keeps-it-a-secret fare.

Dismissing Nintendo like this is silly.
The dev issues that famously surrounded the N64 have been addressed with great success and the added compatibility and software support for the GBA will see the company through a highly successful few years IMO.

I would really like to see the comparisons between Sony and Nintendo stop.
I admire Sony's marketing strategy but it is so wildly different to Nintendo's that they almost belong in separate markets.

At a high level we present ourselves with the following thought: 'I would like to play computer games!'.
These days this is largely synonymous with owning a Playstation and to this end Sony are winning but Nintendo still have such a large share of the market (despite the disappointing support for the N64) that I believe they can claw it all back with the success of these consoles.

IMO it is Microsoft who should be nervous.
XBox is a wonderful idea and a joy to watch in motion but we'll all get tired of hi-tech 3D first person shooters one day... and on that day it'll be the truly talented game creators that win over.

In summary, I once heard the comment..
"Sony will win, Sega will lose and Nintendo will be around forever."
Sega did lose but I feel that the battle for the winner will be between Nintendo and Sony and it is Microsoft who will be around forever!
