i once had a small fire (yes, with flames) after some duct tape i had inside the box started to flame up after getting too close to the cpu. the duct tape was to hold my cd burner in place and the wires into the mobo because i got really pissed once trying to take it out and broke the plastic connectors, havent really thought about replacing it.
there are only a few bands i would actually buy the cd of without listening to them first. but if they are not one of my true favorite bands, then many times i dont bother, just because i may only like one song i heard on the radio, and couldnt give a crap about the 12 other songs...
im not gonna spend 15 bucks for them 12 songs when all i want is that one.
i dunno man, seein how as i WORK there, i can tell you first hand we have tens of thousands of cd's. if you can't find anything close to what you are looking for, you listen to some weird sh!t
wait.. you mean the space inbetween the left and right groups of keys is a trackball?
i have never heard of this, but always thought it would be a great idea... i wodner if you can still leave your normal mouse hooked up to your box, and have both work at the same time?
that'd be great to use while surfing, etc... while typing, so i wouldn't constantly be moving my right hand to the mouse all the time... but id still want my mouse for gaming or whatever...
i must investigate this prospect of a new keyboard! (my ego ive had for like 2 yrs, ill never go back to old skool.. much more comofrtable in my opinion)
i work at BB, in the "loss prevention" part of the store, probably the people who searched you. there are five steps to apprehension that employees are supposed to follow. whether the employees follow the guidelines or not is their discression (can be fired if you dont) but there are signs posted (whether you notice them or not) that say we can search any bags or any person at any time while they are in the store. also trust that they do not invest time into "busting" someone without good cause.

DVD recorders are a rather new thing in the market.
just like dvd players in the past, the dvd recorders will go down in price with time.
