I have two servers..
hades:
1. NIC for the DSL-line
2. NIC connects to
persephone:
1. NIC connected to hades
2. NIC connected to a switch
persephone is running DHCP, SAMBA, DNS for the internal network (so you just plug in all your computers and the ones of you friends..)
both are running linux and both have some sort of firewall / NAT.
(of course you can do all this with just one computer..)
I prefer this solution over some sort of prebuild hardware router because it's waaay more flexible and.. more fun!
this PGPi 7.0.something has plugins which integrate nicely in outlook and eudora - people just have to learn to use it..
I think it's not that hard to use this PGP-version.. even for 'normal' users.
The thing about eazel is a said story.. maybe some donations could have helped a bit.
Mandrake Linux is a really cool distro - altough I'm debian too - the installer is fantastic, so what's wrong to give some money to Mandrake to give them an extra reward for their good work.
As I am using great software without 'paying' (well.. the ISP costs..) for it I don't mind to donate some money for good projects or improving Mandrake;>
mozilla has this feature too .. just press F9 (or menu: view..show/hide..sidebar) and select the bookmarks tab.
who needs spell checking and databases anyway :)
hell .. i looooove monkey island :)
I would appreciate a shoot back option ..
:)' ;)
'you are too dumb to apply security fixes - I shut down your freakin' iis-box
do these worms follow redirects ?
:)
I set up a redirect-to-the-microsoft-page in my httpd.conf for CodeRed-attacks - I really hope these worms follow the 302 and hit
