I work on Outlook.com and just wanted to clarify that Microsoft and Outlook.com does not mine your email content to offer up content-based ads unlike other email services you mentioned.

I specifically referred to the email service's name as the web site I referenced was specifically about Outlook.com and this discussion is specifically about Outlook.com.
Outlook.com does not scan your emails to offer up contextual ads like what GMail and Yahoo does.
