I specificially asked for people who "develop windows". Everyone knows that core windows development is done only on Microsoft's main campus in Redmond. How many offices they have elsewhere is irrelevant. In fact, they're mostly research and sales offices.
No you're a moron. Do you work for Microsoft and develop windows? Who cares if you're at work if you have no effect on Winodws, Microsoft, or KB. If anyone outside of Redmond can answer yes to my first question, then I stand corrected.
This is nothing more than a gimmick for schools desperate to get students. None of the top schools in the country like Stanford, Harvard, Yale, Princeton, MIT, etc. offer free computers. Nor do they require students to have one.

2) Your grammar is horrible. It takes more than just looking up translations in the dictionary to write Chinese.
