The military has nothing to do with the price of electricity, as power is created by nuclear, solar, coal, natural gas, and hydroelectric. All of which is produced within the United States.

There's nothing wrong with credit cards to help get your credit score up. Just use them in place of your normal spending, and pay them off monthly. Don't fight the system, utilize it properly.
