Perhaps the 'to be continued' was a statement by the creators of Farscape. As you are, I am certain its placement was intentional. Perhaps a thumb in your face to SciFi. Perhaps a defiant 'This isn't over here. Our story is not done.' Or a hope for the future. Like you say though-- it could have been removed. They chose not to...
People in the U.P. never counted anyhow... Should have given them to Wisconsin long ago.
Scientists have just recently begun to understand how to add telomere's BACK now. So I assume experimentation is occuring as we speak. Only time will tell if this addition will truly extend life.
