Origin and EA have a great history of doing such. The Windows version of Armada (completed but unreleased) apparantly doesn't exist in their records anymore, although the contracter hired to port it has a copy. They also have horrible records of old games and lose source, and documentation.
First of all, 50 * 1000 for membership revenue is PER YEAR, not for 6 months. Divide that by two. That knocks about 25k off their revenue.
I'll just point out that it doesn't state per 6 months. It says in 6 months. This means that they expect 1000 people to buy memberships within the first 6 months. These 1000 people would, from this, get their year long membership.
I once sold a joystick box to a customer... no joystick... it had been "forgotten". And yes, the box had been shrinkwrapped. Customer came back the next day for an exchange.
Wait... didn't they notice that the box was rather stupidly light? I mean, unless this was some sort of amazingly magical material, a joystick is rather heavy in comparison to the light packaging...

As I understand it, you get 1 point for a win, 0 for a loss. However, for a draw you each get a half point.
Unfortunately some Dreamcast units cannot read CD-Rs. A list of these versions and how to identify them is out there somewhere, though I don't have a URL.

I very much enjoy how your suggested 'no questions asked' policy involves asking questions about why they're returning the items :)

:Heya! Did you know Bill Gates' ASCII code number is 666? That he is the root of all evil?
No, no, no... the root of all evil is 25.8069758011278803151884206051491
Get it? Square Root...
I thought it was funny
