  1. What this CEO fails to understand is that the companies rise or failure depends on them. The reason they get paid millions is to reap the public success or fall on their sword in failure. This is letting the bullshit run downhill until it kills someone. Hereâ(TM)s what the jackoff should have said: âoeOne of my duties as CEO is to ensure public confidence in the company and I failed by not impementing the type of processes and internal culture that ensures that. For this, I deeply apologize to the American public.â But because he named an IT position, there will now be a witch hunt.

Let's also add to the bill a minimum support time for internet connected things. This would protect consumers from buying the latest internet connected coffee pot and having it stop working just because they didn't want to run the servers any more after 6 months.

  5. It's completely gay. The sections are is way too big and a waste of space. There's too much space between related stories within a section, there's a big wasted: "Google News has a new look" section with a ghost in it that you want to reply "well, no SHIT". Can we get a skinnable stylesheet for this? A chrome plugin or something? My eyes are still good and we need to smash more info onto the page. Don't make me scroll like I'm unrolling toilet paper to handle a greasy shit.

  7. Oh shit, what are studios going to do when their 4x baked reboot of recycled bullshit doesn't sell? Answer: go to international markets because they haven't quite got the same reheated mess served to them. They'll continually branch out to find people who are brain-dead enough to watch the same formulaic tripe. Why are people being selective? I can't answer for everywhere, but at least in California, the ticket prices are $15 even around matinee times (and of course concessions are still 4.25x normal pricing). What family is going to spend $60+ here on Baywatch?

  11. Looks like the PR people at Youtube and Disney can't take a joke. Why are the social media companies falling into this PC morass? Twitter with a life-ban of Milo, Youtube with this, Facebook just about every other week, etc. It's humor, it's not hate speech.
