Speakeasy (http://www.speakeasy.net/) does not block port 80 or 25 (or any other port) on my ADSL connection. I've been a happy customer of theirs for years, though definitely wish they had lower prices for higher upload speeds.

There is a touchscreen keyboard available for Audrey if you want to ditch the physical keyboard:

It works well enough, but I still prefer using the actual IR keyboard. I find that it's tougher to type quickly on the virtual keyboard and that became annoying to me.

Lots more good Audrey info over at http://www.audreyhacking.com/

PS - There is a version of VNC that you can run on Audrey. Supposed to make life easier in the home automation dept, but I've never tried it.

I disagree- I see no reason to jump to the 1GB of RAM immediately. I say get the 512MB version and play with it for a while. If you determine that more RAM will improve your user experience, buy a 1GB stick (PC2700 DDR 333) (http://dealram.com/prices/systems/30641/1GB.html) , for less than $100, rather than paying Apple $175. Plus you can sell the original 512MB RAM on eBay or keep it as a backup.

  12. Re:Secret to Delayed Email on How to Fake A Hard Day at the Office · · Score: 1

Not sure if it still does this because I don't use it anymore, but Outlook for Windows used to set the "Sent" timestamp to when you actually pressed the "Send" button, even if you had the message set for a delayed delivery. So you could set a message to be delived at 2:17 am, but if you pressed Send at 4:59 pm, "16:59" would still show up in the header. The success of your deception would hinge on whether or not the recipient was displaying the "Sent" field (or checked the full mail header).

Uh, not that I ever tried to do that.

If I recall correctly, The Second Renaissance was told from the Zion Archives. So it could just be Zionist propaganda to encourage people to rise up against the machines (who may or may not be the ones responsible for the matrix, as has been suggested by others). We may not have any real proof that the machines have enslaved humanity after all- this could just all be some big experiment in VR/AI.

We still don't know what is real and what isn't. After seeing 'Reloaded' and reading the multitude of theories on /. I'm not taking anything for granted...
