I have a CIS from SUNY and I have never taken a business course. The curriculum has largerly been a standard CS package -- compiler construction, operating systems, theory of computation, optimization, etc.
Actually it doesn't cost much -- in rubles, that is. The Russia's legacy military-industrial complex is self-sufficient, as it does not require the services of private contractors. This gives them an opportunity to gain some share in the world's arms market. In 2000 the US held over 50% of the worldwide arms market with over $18 billion in sales. The next closest competitors were Russia with $7.7 billion, and France with sales valued at $4.1 billion.
If P4 has been legitimately reverse-engineered, then VIA is beyond reproach. Typically, the companies who live by reverse-engineering go to great length to document the process. Of course, they'd have to pay hefty legal fees if that process is challenged in court, but for the giant like VIA this isn't much of a problem.
OSS/3D is a new 3D audio architecture developed by 4Front Technologies. It is 100% cross platform (available for Windows and UNIX/Linux) and has advanced features that often take 3 or 4 separate products to accomplish.
OSS/3D comprises of a set of digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms that do spatialization, 3D surround, fidelity enhancement, virtual bass boost and speaker configuration.
Currently, OSS/3D comes as a plugin for either Winamp on Windows or X MultiMedia System (XMMS) on Linux/Solaris/FreeBSD.
The remaining fleet of Tu-144 would be a much better choice -- they are more streamlined toward speed which makes them about 40% faster than the Concordes. I presume they would cost quite a bit less as well.
When our own Department of Justice can claim 100% reliability for the court systems, then, perhaps they can make demands such as these. At this time, however they fall far short of even the 99% reliability, as claimed by Napster.

What's wrong with "Doors" -- break on through to the other side? Better yet, "Chimneys" or "Toilets"?

82nd is just an ordinary infantry division which is dropped from the aircraft. They don't do the commando stuff.
Likewise, there is no evidence whatsoever that Osama bin Laden, or anyone in Afghanistan for that matter, had anything to do with WTC bombings.
