We don't want retards who don't know what a mouse is trying to use linux. As for your industry experts, tell them to pick up a book and learn something. I do get you wrong. Linux is already more stable than windows, and ease of use is purely based on your intelligence. We refuse to cater to the stupid! We cater to ourselves. If linux ever ends up like AOL I will start shooting the programmers. You are right.. screw the customer if he cant figure it out. We provide enough information to the customer to kill a large herd of blue whales, if, in all that information, he/she can't figure it out, then screw him/her. All I ever got on the progressive game (the one where you could go forever) was the dinky little rocket, of course I didn't spend a whole lot of time on that one. I would be more that happy to get addicted to tetris again if I knew that the gameboy could play mp3s as well. However there can't be a whole lot said for the quality of the speaker in the gameboy (8-bit sound anyone?). I don't know that I would be worth the effort to get mp3s to play on a piece of crap speaker.. although i suppose you could hook up headphones to that thing and get some pretty jammin toons. If anyone ever gets ahold of this they will have to tell everyone how well it works.

I am the proud owner of both a TNT2 card (agp) and a voodoo3 2000 (pci). I use both of the cards and thanks to the fact that 3dfx has spent time and effort to have their video card work (and work well i might add) with linux, that is the main card that I use in my system. For my money, NVidia makes a better product (the GeForce rules all), but again does not have proper support for their product. So until I can get great (not mediocre) drivers for my TNT2 for linux, I will continue to support companies (3dfx) who do. And 3dfx makes a pretty decent product to boot.
