so what about your digital camera? port png to the flash card? or what about pictures with many colors that png doesn't handle too well? i like png, too, but it won't work with everything. and monocultures have never been a good thing...

neither do i, i don't even think that this is FreeBSD's aim. FBSD claims to be a performant, stable and easy-to-use server while NetBSD wants to run on your toaster, your washing-machine and everything else...

nope - it doesn't (AFAIK) run games, because directx is not supported (yet).
but I like it, runs quite well for checking some things out, running flash animations and making screenshots of BSODs... (did that...) maddjn
I did that on hotmail and had to abandon this account. The funny part is my brother and my friends on hotmail were never as spammed as me.
