You act as if putting up a Top Ten Porn Flicks of All Time isn't something that would matter to a nerd. If porn doesn't matter to nerds then Hell has truly frozen over.

This happened before, not with the World Trade Center but with other movies manipulating the TRUTH. If you've ever seen Batman Forever, you will notice that there is a Statue of Liberty in Gotham City. Hello! There's no Statue of Liberty in Gotham City! It's in New York. This movie isn't the first one to bring on the Orwellian Nightmare.

I have to agree that it's the same thing if both are done intentionally because the original creator is recieving no credit in both situations and it's plagiarism in both instances. I don't believe though that this was done on purpose because I don't see why they would actually steal someone else's work and try to claim it as theirs especially if they know they can be easily caught.

That'd be funny if a case like that would win, especiallly if it was against one of those pop star sites made by a 13 year old girl. Next, we could sue id Software for discriminating against the blind in Quake 3 Arena. Have you tried playing that game with your eyes closed? It's hard!

Why would they be afraid of Microsoft? The only thing Microsoft could do to them would be to have them assassinated but I'm sure they have security. Let's not forget that unlike those in the other branches of government, the Supreme Justices do not have to kiss booty to corporations with money.

I really hope it does reach the Supreme Court with the current Justices, but what if a couple die or retire and are replaced by Justices picked by Bush? That'd be Hell on Earth and Microsoft would be allowed to consume our rotting flesh. :(
