    In many corps that is exactly what is happening regardless of Windows RT.

    Metro is seen as a training and technical issue.

    There are no compelling features to warrant yet another full upgrade.

    Windows 8 is dead before arrival.

    The version I have is v1.0.3.102

    It can scan single mp3s and entire folders structures for defects and logs everything if you wish. It will give you a percentage of how good the file is.

    Depending on the damage you may be able to fix headers and chop off corrupted tag info with something like a MP3Pro Trim v1.80.exe

    -They make governments buy weapons for war
    -They tell them where to make war (to remove fiscal opponents)
    -Wars break things and those need fixing
    -Rinse & Repeat

    Get rid of *career* politicians and most of these problems will go away.

    If you can make people unable to stop consuming your product then you have a goldmine.

    Cigarette makers have officially nicotine to do that (they have more addictives but the law doesn't give a fsck)

    and food makers have sugar. Not cane sugar but fructose/sucrose, corn syrup/sugar and HFCS. And it's everywhere! (even in table salt!)

    If I knew that a machine gets to grade my work I would feel like my time and efforts are worth so little that humans can't be bothered to read it. It defeats the purpose of even writing the thing.

    When you write something you are trying to convey an idea. Knowing that the machine doesn't give a fsck proves my efforts are useless.

    Magnetic Pole reversal doesn't help either.
    During the reversal we get less shielding from the sun.

    More CO2 and less trees does not explain why today we can't have our kids running around without sun screen like they did in the 70's.

    In the 70's you could not find tanning creams higher than SPF8 and you looked at like idiot to ask for such. Today you cannot find anything lower than SPF8.

    BTW: try to find where the north pole is today. latest updates from "credible" sources stop around 2000. I guess they don't want to alarm any one.
