Any details released by the FBI / CIA on one of there projects will be largely inaccurate.
It's known as Grey information in the trade where you mention some of the technical facts as how it is supposed to work and negelect to mention others. I.E it only works on PGP , when it's actually keylogging everything from bootup.
They know this kind of stunt is going to attract attention so deliberately give seemingly plausible info when in fact there is only a grain of truth in it.
interestingly if the encryption is on a network drive which allows offline caching it's not encryted in the offline cache. Also for the encrytion to work there must be DRA 's enabled who interestingly enough are the local and domain administrators
so pilots can turn them on and off with 7 clicks on the mic ? wonder if i can send msgs using morse code on them :)

1 /use a free dialup and ensure u disable caller ID.
2 / then connect 2 a proxy (somewhere where english ain't their first language is good).
