Technically you don't "OWN" the phone number, but the phone company allows you to use it for a charge. They have no right to be charging us for stolen material, a number that is owned by someone else! I'm suing the phone company for all those bills I've paid...maybe I won't bring up the 976 numbers.

Even then, the program doesn't break the law, at the risk of a bad cliche, guns don't kill people, people kill people. His program is like a gun, it has good application, and in some hands it could possibly be used in a bad way, but then hey, we'll have to go after the people who make forks. I remember the last time my girlfriend forked me...ow:(
