I don't need an account to see or hear about his tweets, so why would I sign up? That's the fundamental problem with Twitter, though.

That's not a problem if you ask me. Pinterest, on the other hand, requires one to see stuff and it annoys me to no end to see pinterest results in my google image searches. And sometimes the only four results are all from pinterest, as if there's no other source for the image. I'm confused.

And if you really want something like an iPod shuffle, there's plenty of those on eBay. Not sure they can play AAC though. Some sellers do list AAC support but it comes from a Windows-only program that converts AAC into something else for the music player.

Touch interface SUCKS for a music player. Also you can't clip a freakin' smartphone to your shirt. And an iPhone costs about ten to twenty times the price of the shuffle.

I'll be heading to a local store to see if they'll sell the last units at discount prices.

Sort of. Those music players have a headphone port.

A pity about the shuffle. The last non-freakin'-touch-interface music player made by Apple.

Also, they were not compatible with Apple Music so that's probably the other reason.

  17. Oh right, 24 hours per day.

20000 dollars divided by 17 dollars per hour equals 1176.47058823529412 hours

1176.47058823529412 hours divided by 8 hours per work day equals 147.05882352941177 days

Still doesn't work. Parent AC said " They make 20K/mo." but I don't know where he pulled those numbers from.

Assuming less than 8 hours of work per day, that's probably 20K/year though.

Well, the only exception is when I go to a YouTube URL of my choosing. But that stupid "auto-play next video" is annoying when I happen to view a video that's part of a playlist.

The basic problem, for videos and anything else, is always: don't make choices for the user.
