    Maybe I'm missing something here. Everytime I go to a ftp site to download something, there are logs that keep track of what I downloaded. The same is true for websites.

    So what is different with smart download that I am missing? Is there a smart download feature in NS 6 that does a smart download on every file and then sends that information back to Netscape/AOL?

    Sounds like their automation may create a new form of DLL Hell. One that would affect all kinds of files.

    Too bad they didn't invent the ability to mount a filesystem in a directory path in Windows 2000/ME.

    Bell Atlantic has almost the same policy. But I was able to get through to customer service and convince them that I could set it up on my own. They just had to provide me with the information. They don't offer free long distance, though
