I've read stuff about that sort of thing before. I can't find the exact article but I did find this which is along the same thread. If I recall correctly, the one I had read basically said the main problem with tapping the cables is making sense of the HUGE amount of data you get.

You can still run stuff in classic mode.

While I don't think anything about Classic was your point, it's worth pointing out (as others have already I'm sure) that Classic will not run on the Intel Macs.

Offtopic , but have you looked at ndiswrapper for wireless drivers?
I haven't looked at it in awhile, but when I had an inspiron 5150 I used that and it worked pretty well.

I'm running Safari on 10.4 as well, and I tried this.

If I have "Open 'safe' files after downloading" checked, Safari downloads, extracts, and installs the widget without asking.

If I have "Open 'safe' files after downloading" unchecked, Safari just downloads it.

Nowhere am I asked during this process if I want to install it. I'm curious as to what's different on your machine that it asked you.

Oh god. Yes. I saw this, and I'm still feeling the pain. You could see the plastic seal-lines on that sceptre thing, and it had like a stupid xmass ornament on it. I should've known it was gonna be bad beforehand.. I mean, it had a Wayans in it.

Not true. You can use their adsense program. I think /. uses it sometimes as well.
