The "problem" here is that when you disable all the bad aspects of the current web for someone, they quickly forget or never realize what "it could be like".
This does not buy points for Mozilla, _until_ they switch to another browser because of some defect in Mozilla, at which point they think that Mozilla sucks.
It's only in the extremely rare case that someone will use Mozilla for a while, find it defective for some reason or another, try another, and then find that browser insufficient for most of their needs.
This mostly comes from updating software, but is a real problem.
Post grad-level students were using 30-node (not a typo) AI nets to extract voices out of a noisy environment +30dB above the base level of the sought-after voices a few years ago. By this I mean circa 1998.
What are you talking about? If you are referencing extracting a few trained words in a "cocktail party" environment then you might be correct. The level of recognition necessary for automated wiretapping of any value is still far beyond anything currently available AFAICT.
I burnt like twelve chickens and a SWEET hamhock on that POS.
plus! there's no tech support for this thing... garbage if you ask me... I'm going to give it to Goodwill, not that I want to foist this piece of junk on some other poor soul or anything, but HEY TAX WRITE-FUCKING-OFF!

Oh, yeah.... has it ever rained on you when digging out a corpse?
Not so funny then, eh?
No, I thought not.
Keep your witty references to yourself and let us corpse-diggers deal on our own terms. We don't need you reminding us how crappy our jobs are when logging onto the interweb.

Leeeeech. Nasty, gross, and nothing like "leach" which is a boring-ass slow chemical process one might describe if they gave a rat's ass about cave development.
Well, what can happen with matrix libraries in C++, is that many people design them using inheritance and whatnot. Templates, I was under the impression, if used "all the way to the bottom" can be a faster way to go about it.
Blitz++ compares fairly well to Fortran. That's pretty good for me.
Well, thankfully, with a library like blitz++, which is mostly just a means of providing matrix-like containers, it's normally pretty easy to figure out what you are doing wrong regardless of the pages of template-related errors that g++ might spit out. As long as you have faith that the monster-mash of templates that you are using is clean, you can sort out your own code with the only compile-error line starting with "instantiated from here" that actually has a reference to some code you've written yourself.:)
A humorous, if you're sick, thing to do is to index into a blitz::Array with a float or double... this generates about 20 pages of completely impenetrable errors. Just classic. It can easily blow the minds of beginners and completely pisses people off that are switching from Java in a Windows environment to, say, a g++/Linux mode. Heh.

don't work in my Mozilla
It would be nice.

The parent is not offtopic, rather "funny".
I was asking you what, specifically, you were talking about. An expansion on your reference to a 30-node piece of AI.

Have you ever tried to trademark "Buck" ... I have. It's a PITA.
Believe you me.
I just flat out gave up many years ago.
I don't know what my point was, but it seemed topical when I started.
Terra is for sucks.
ACent is where it's at. Triple-breasted DDD's a-plenty. Send me an email and I'll hook you up with some pimp travel rates!

Oop! _I_ own "T" and "M" being as they are part of my name ... and I give explicit rights to anyone to use these letters as they feel necessary.
... have at it!
Yup.
Actually, I don't own "M". I was just making that part up. But "T"

Three cheers for AC's coolness!
Thank fucking Jesus dying on a cross, getting thrown into a cave, and rising again in a few days that you mentioned this.
A community bickering about namespace is not new. Linux is not even in the picture and it's surprising how oblivious the responses have been.
Liar.
You also made me leave this in another tab for two minutes just to declare your stupid-ass as such.
This is a highly informative/interesting post. Why is it not modded up?
You are not Kibo and you bring disgrace to the real ultimate power.
