Why cant you understand this? You're a geek. Obviously you're just gunna go download it. You are not the target audience. Mandrake has specifically set up their distribution for end users who probably dont even have a decent internet connection (yes, please do remember that minimum download of Mandrake is 1 gig).

There wouldn't be jury in a case where an operator of a web site like this was taken to court (by whom I do not know). So the law will never be tested by the public. It will just be blindly enforced by the guy in the robe.
I tend to agree, but when people are trying to pass laws against what you enjoy doing it is not wise to expose your identity to them. Stand up and be counted, but only if you're not likely to be shot down.

Oh, the only way we can be down with these kids is to go spray paint stuff. Please. We dont need school yard tactics from IBM. If the linux community wanted to go spray paint linux logos everywhere we would have. No, IBM is supposed to lend some credibility to Linux, encourage people to trust it. Do you trust spray painters? (actually I do, but that's not the point!)
