It is no wonder that the greater scientific community thinks that warp drive is nothing more than hype. There is very little out of box thinking taking place. Most people are socialized to believe that certain types of science are nothing more than sci-fi. This is a mistake. Do you think that Einstein or Maxwell would have made their contributions if they would have listened to the "experts".
While you are digesting that, let us talk briefly about why warp drive doesn't fit into our equations. The frame work doesn't exist to allow for such propulsion. One, what is know about gravity is not complete. Two, the four fundamental forces have not been united (GUFT). And last, the ability to tap into zero-point energy has not been engineered. Once these three queries have been satisfied then and only then will we have an understanding of physics to allow for the construction and implementation of warp drive.
I must tell you that you are all wrong. The most beautiful experiment ever conducted is US. You know humans, the most complicated creature on the planet. We as a culture have all of the equations of an experiment. We all make predictions about our lives and others lives, but we really don't know if Johny is going to college or will be killed in a car accident. Everthing is uncertain, until the present becomes the past, and the wave function has been collapsed. So my vote for the most beautiful science experiment is us ( humans ).
A UFT will with all certainty be discovred one day. Out of box thinking is the true cornerstone of modern science not to mention physics. Wasn't it Einstein that said imagination is more important than knowledge. Mathmatics and theory can be taught but imagination is a gift of uninhibited observation. One day someone with similar attributes will turn the scientific world on it's head just as Einstein and Gallileo did. For millenia humans have had a desire to reach for the stars to answer that all important question, " Are we alone?" It is from that question that warp drive will one day become a reality, and the only way to conquer the ultimate speed limit is to understand what the UFT really is. The one force that dictates all other forces; gives rise to all forms and functions. In other words the one characteristic that all mass/matter/energy share. I leave it to you make your own conclusions. Remember if you risk nothing you gain nothing.
I live in Arizona and it wasn't too long ago where we had our own taste of the positively charged ions. The fact that these ions are making it so far south is personaly upseting to me. Let me tell you why, it simply means that the electromagnetic field that surrounds Earth is not up to the task of stopping large corona bursts from the sun and that's bad "uummm kay". Not even to speek about the overload on our electronic inferstructure. I believe that as a result of the human race constantly altering the planet in countless ways we are slowly changing the Earth's geoelectromagnetic field in a way that doesn't protect us properly from the giant plasma clouds. But I want to know what you think
What trully puzzels me isn't the article in question it is the fact that modern Physics has yet to accurately define what we know as gravity. First of all modern computations with regard to vectoring in say space explorations have yeilded some strange annomallies. Such as space pobes not being exactlly where they are supposed to be, this I believe is attributed to miscalculation of the force of gravity. Newton and many of me past teachers swear that gravity is only the result of mass, that thought works theoretically but not in reality. If this planet was spinning approximately 24 times faster there would be an equilibrium reached between gravity and centrifugal motion. Thus if the planet was spinning at less of an RPM we would sense more gravity and less spin however minute. Think about the difference in your calculations if gravity is no longer just the result of mass but mass devided by rotational speed. Think I am nuts work it as a logic problem and due some real out of box thinking , just remember that there is a very fine line between insanity and genius.
For billions of years this planet has gone through the motions of energy transfer, and for billions of additional years or sun revolutions the energy that consists of the Earth was nothing more than elements and minerals. However with enough time and radiation from our neighboring stars these complicated minerals converted into a higher frequncy of energy (i.e. living organisms). This converstion or transfer is not as unbelieveable as once thought. The truth of the matter is that this evolution from compound into a "living creature" is nothing more than the normal path of energy tansfer or evolution, the once simple compouds became more complicated in order to retain the natural energy that came before. I site the laws of entropy to back up what I have said. On another note, the only thing that separates a human being from a rock (on the simplist plane of understanding) is that the two objects energies are arranged differently. Both are constucted of energy in the most basic form,but the complication or the arrangements give the visible diversity so that one can recongnize the diffenence (physically and in our conscious demmension). Moving forward quite a bit, A whale represents all of the past energy transfers that originally began with the LAST big bang. Thus any organism can be traced back to every other organism as long the proper time sequencing is correct. In other words, one lifeform gives rise to many lifeforms but only a few go on to give life to the next generation or next genetic mutations( derived by natural selection, of course). I know you have that deer in the head lights look,but don't fret the answers are coming soon. Finally I believe that the whale with the exception of the dolphin is the most intellegent being on this planet. And I'll tell you why, simply because they don't live under the notion or should I say don't appear to live under the notion that they own the world. Instead they seem to have found a peace which allows them to belong to the world. Unlike some primates I know that feel that they need to control their environment to the point of destoying themselves. NOT REAL INTELLEGENT HUH!
