I don't follow. All the "secret" spy information gathered by the government is paid for with tax payer money, but try to say you have a "right" to access the information and the guys in the black suits with sunglasses may end up paying you a visit.
Just because we pay for it does not mean we have a "right" to it.

I love the unpopped kernals! One of my favorite things is to dig into the last of a bowl of popcorn and eat the kernals.
