Honsetly... about 2 years ago. I had an older analog cell phone sitting next to my computer. At the time I had the case off and was timkering when a call came through. Then some twit comes along and writes a worm that tells these bots to access the kitchen library (KitLib32.dll still no 64 bit proper support) and execute the "meatTenderize()" routine on everything made of meat.

Damn... damn them to AOL. With Shoutcast I got rid of my radio (literaly) and my TV time has been cut waaay back in favor of NSV (Nullsoft Video, think shoutcast for video) and sold the TV in my computer room in favor of NSV.
I'm thinking its a good time to build an OSS replacement for ShoutCast/NSV. Based on Matroska mabey.
