Wow....what DID we do as a society before laptops? How did we survive? Thousands of people wandering the earth searching for the perfect gizmo to fly AND work. None available? How primitive. I'm surprised that we, as a society, made it into the 21st century without people being able to take their gizmos with them everywhere they go. Sheesh.
Well, you're right about one thing: Bush is the ONLY president to EVER offend the founding fathers. I'm sure they stuck cigars up their intern's snatches as well.
I'm not so sure. With all the enforcement agencies out there (local police, county sheriffs, state police, FBI, DEA, CIA, ATF, NSA, etc....) whose to say that someone approaching you doesn't have legal authority? Sheesh, there's a new 'enforcement' angency created every 10 days for Christ's sake.
Actually, I'm a little more pissed about it than that. These 'tollroads' are supposed to gain income to make the highways better.....been on the tri-state lately? Seven tolls and shitty roads. Sheesh. I've always hated Chicago but to charge someone for entering or leaving? Charging a toll to enter or leave Chicago is like asking for your boarding pass to hell.
Please don't speak for me about stupidity. After reading your post I know you're worse. As for pride...you're right. There have been NO cases of American civilians flying jetliners into foreign buildings. Since we're always the bad guys.....maybe we should. I can see the headlines now.
There were no moving parts on the Pinto failures. It was a static line bolt and a gas tank placement design error. Both could have been fixed by less than $30.00 with a recall. Thanks, Lee.
Personally, I've had my issues with Dell about a year ago. The very day I received my 'custom built' unit I wanted to replace the hard drive with one of my very own. There were some configuration issues that I had problems with (and I've installed MANY hard drives mind you) and the PC woudn't boot so I called 'technical support'. As it turns out, they apparently don't support 3rd party hardware. I explained I wasn't asking them to 'support' it, just help me install it. Again, no help. After trying the manufacturer, I eventually gave up and re-installed the original HD. Guess what....thing worked like a charm. I got rid of it that day.
You make an excellent point: Indians are eduacted HERE; in the US. Sure seems like we still have something worthwhile to sell to the rest of the planet. On a sidenote, if Indian education isn't 2nd rate, then why do the mojority come here? Educate your own people so I don't have to spend $100,000 to send my son to a tech school in ten years.
oops, there's my US education at work: majority.

...selling for $200 to $300 a piece. Isn't this the same crowd that seems to be out of work and bitching about the cost of living? Doesn't seem that bad to me.
Lenny, Lenny....it's good to see you again...now about that that money you owe us....

The NSA is ALWAYS involved. Time for the helmet.
Now THAT was funny...thanks!

Wouldn't that be introducing a virus so to speak? I don't disagree but call a spade a spade.
No, that means every once in a great while I get the same darn message twice. Now THAT'S annoying.
Oh, for shame doc! I thought OUR solar system was the center of the universe!

They are NOT self sufficient; that's the point.

Nothing is secure....didn't you see T3?
And the funny part is that all of those 'all-in-one' devices are ALSO made in Japan. Ironic.

No, the 1st applies to you too. As much as it pained me to read your post you still have a right to do it; that's the point.
I disagree but your comments are funny!

wooo, I need a nap after that one.
mod points.....+5 lol
Getting 'bled' for $400 is not a non-issue. It's a freakin' 'Walkman' for Christ's sake.
The same people who rate 'a fucking dick' insightful.
