If the chip goes bad in my phone, they will probably just give me a new phone and take the old one to send to the factory. The new one will be registered in my name, and the old one will be removed. It's just easier to replace the whole phone for one broken part than it is to replace the whole car for one borken peice.

Same can be said for the phone, as long as you never use the phone on the public airwaves or try to sell it you're fine. So you just need to shield your house and sit in your basement and talk to your self. Nobody will ever care about what you did to your phone.

Also, I have found several places where downloaded drivers/BIOS upgrades come in the form a program that unzips or installs the download to the floppy drive(compaq in perticular), without giving an option to put them into a seperate folder.

Would you put it past Sony to try to make it like that in future versions?

In Boondock Saints they changed a few of the shooting scenes to not show the person actually getting shot, just the splatter on the wall. On the DVD, they put in the scenes that showed a more graphic view. And lastly, I believe that Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back would have been better had they included the "ass cock" gag.

Just exactly what kind of local music are you basing this on, sure, here in Pittsburgh, we have our fair share of shitty local bands(I really really hate the Clarks), but we also have a whole mess of great local bands.

I've also found that big name bands come around to do a show and the whole thing normally comes off as over rehearsed and without feeling. It's like they have a script that says everything that they have to do, even when between songs. Local bands will joke with the crowd, come off the stage and sing on the dance floor/pit. And when the concert's over, they are at the bar drinking and talking to poeple.
