Heck, if he's anything like I was at that age, he's had a few visions of Gwyneth Paltrow in that party dress to keep him occupied, for those rare occasions when he isn't imagining himself fighting and blowing things up as Iron Man.
You should be able to sell them yourself, as long as the buyer would be able to run them.
However, I would question the morality of selling someone a game that you knew was not working...
