    No, but i assume it could be. Forth is a real language and OS. Well documented and mature.

    Donno about the resources it has access to on the Mac hardware however.

    That is about as bad as when Microsoft claimed the win 95 user numbers as so many PC's came preloaded as a requirement.

    It doesn't mean they kept it on there. I personally know of *several* thousand that were reformatted and 3.11 was put on.

    I think if you are an actual 3D designer with some real experience ( and no, dabbling on the weekends doesn't count ), it makes quite a bit of sense, as does Truespace.

    Much as photoshop might be confusing to a person that normally does spreadsheets and charts/graphs. It would be just as meaningless for him to complain the PS interface is not intuitive. ( to him )

    Following suit is not innovation. MIght be incremental improvements which is nice, but not innovation which we sorely need in the IT field..

    Well, they apparently cant innovate and keep producing products people really dont want ( but settle for, its the advantage of being a monopoly ) , so what other choice do they have?

    I don't think shouting fire in a crowded theater is 'speech'. Thats just words and not necessarily protected.

    If you yell 'the MPAA is unreasonable and i feel we should burn this theater down', then you have speech. And it should be protected.

    If you order someone to burn it down, again you have simple words and not "speech" as it was intended and it may or may not be protected.

    Speech is all about expression of concepts, thoughts, opinions. That some just happen to disapprove of.

    The short answer, is yes they can.

    They can do ANYTHING they want, its up to the supreme court ( or its equivalence in other countries ) to strike it down, after you have been jailed and ruined for life.

    Im also not so sure that the US first amendment has an equivalent in canadian law. I know it doesn't have a 2nd amendment equivalent.
