I don't poke in yours either. However, you treat another child as if it were infection. Get sterilized if you think a kid would put your life in danger.
Besides, while we are dealing with the law here, a condition where the kid causes an imminent threat falls under self defense, a mitigating circumstance, (not a perfect defense) that would generally cause you to be acquitted.
No matter how the laws change, your life comes first, but only if it is in danger.
Technically you can be convicted of murder if you shoot a person that is charging you once, and they fall to the ground completely disabled (say you hit their knee and they couldn't walk. They were using a bat, so they are disabled) and you walk up and shoot them in the head. That is murder, since you went beyond the realm of self defense.
Anyways, the fetus is declared a person when they have a working brain(IMHO). Their brains begin working from like ~~3-4 months after conception, IIRC. I have no problem with the morning after pill at the moment, but I do have a problem with RU-486 that kills the child and then it gets extracted later, same as an abortion, with the "dirty work" done.
I can't wait until an attempted murder victim sometime gets very little in damages because of "dirty hands" from when they aborted like 10 children because they couldn't spend $5.00 on a pack of rubbers. HA!

I sure hope this is a sick joke. I fear people like you if this is not:-)
If you were using this site, you have an IP in some form.
If yuo are serious, remember - NetBEUI by itself is not a routable protocol.:-)
At least on my linux machine a Null SMB session doesn't give out my Globally unique NIC MAC address.:-P
It actually rewrites the code on the fly to optimize it. Say you went:
push ax
mov al,03
pop ax
it should be able to tell that the code does nothing worthwhile and skip it, IIRC. I don't know actually how it works, so don't quote me.
That or I am sure it does something like this however:
mov ah,03
mov al,04
it would convert it to:
mov ax,0304
:-) I knew my assembly skillz would come in handy;-)
For anyone who knows what I am talking about at this point, I don't know if this is actually what it does, but I can see the second one happening frequently, and there is a few clock cycles saved by making it one instruction:-) It doesn't actually change the program in memory or on disk, but internally optimizes the code. VERY COOL.
Yeah? I used to go to school in Grand Haven...:-)
Lets just say I have about instant name recognition everywhere in the School System:-)
Man, after living almost a year in the metro Detroit area, it REALLY disgusts me what is going on there. I stay up to date, and am an active member of Peacefire.
You want conservative? Take a good look at Zeeland High School. In violation of the 1st Amendment they had organized prayer at commencement. No Joke. I was there. I actually felt in danger because I didn't pray. I suppose these so called christians forgot Matthew 6:5,6
"And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by men. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees
in secret will reward you."
I bet AOL thinks nothing will come of this because they are dealing with a 16 year old, and minors are not allowed to enter into contracts. So all those agreements that he had to 'click thru' to originally obtain the domain are probably null and void also. He'll be hard pressed to find an attorney. I bet you think that minors are not allowed to enter into contracts:-P Sorry, just ain't so!
A Minor may enter into any contract, but they have the right to nullify the contract until they are 18. If the other party is over 18, only the minor may back out of the contract. The minor may sue the other side for breach of contract if they back out, since they are bound by the contract. The minor can back out without breach of contract.
To make this clear:
The kid could back out and not be sued if they return everything they recieved from the contract that is in their posession (The Domain Name).
AOL CANNOT back out or change the contract. Once the kid hit "OK" they are stuck. They can be sued for breach of contract.
And, there cannot be a clause where they sign away their right to back out, or have specific penalties. It is null and void the second they say no.
The only exception is if the contract is for a "necessary", such as a utility bill, etc.
Except that you can't use enable without a set password from a telnet session. Only through serial. This is the equivalent of only being able to walk up to the MSSQL server and execute commands on the console. The worst a non enabled user can get is very little. Nothing can be changed. This too is read only. Even with no password you can't reload the router or format my flash disk!
Trust me I forgot to put an enable password on a switch I run, and I can't do a damn thing with it:-(
I guess I will have to put one on eventually:-)
MySQL Limits their root account to localhost by default though too., so remote damage is out of the question.
And, mysql doesn't execute arbitrary commands:-)
Except that not all cameras are digital. There are also D/A conversions aplenty.
Simple brightness and color adjustments along with scene switching makes this technology useless, as it changes the checksummed data.
The way technology is from the camera to the TV was never designed with data integrity in mind. Unfortunately that is the way things are.
I am serious about this, please don't -1
Personally I am not into dark and gothic. Often this is what I am going towards to escape in cartoons.;-)
I like pikachu, out of all the pokemon this one is the coolest. I just rented Pokemon the first movie and I loved it. My favorite was the "Pikachu's Vacation" short cartoon in the front. The storylines are solid, and it can keep your attention. The end, with pikachu verses pikachu was very moving, and I really didn't want the clone to win, but I didn't want the clone dead either.
Now, more OT, I don't watch much TV. I got a TV card after over 10 Months to watch videos. I have found that most TV in general lets me down. I really want a good antenna to pick up the news and I will be all set.
I also love Road Runner cartoons. They are always funny. I know they re-use the same storyline over and over, but the best part is that Wiley Coyote always has to be creative. And being creative for a dimwit like Wiley, it is entertaining:)

You know that someone developed one for the palm that serves out of the "htdocs" subject in notepad, right? I have tried it and it works. Search tucows for palm and web - I can't remember the name of it right now:-)
I can remember in High School I became incredibly bored with Computer Science, being I already had advanced knowledge of computers, and took it just to get an "easy grade". Me too, same class, same reason I got into alot of trouble in my CS class and ended up dropping out because I was at the point of losing my sanity. We (I am the friend he refers to) were questioned by almost everyone in all levels of the Adminitration because we disabled "Fortres101" security program, and were spending our time working on the aformentioned IM program and similar programs. As you can probably tell we were being accused of "hacking" and the superintendent personally threatened to expel me from the tech center. I ended up negotiaing down to a week detention, and I ended up personally teaching a couple students. My teacher meant well, and could handle a classroom in general, but since he didn't know much about what he was teaching, I would write a VB program more efficently than the answer in the teachers edition and I would get marked down for "not being right" If the subject is programming, don't tell them what kind of program to write - just tell them to make one! This is what motivated me. My friend and I spent all of our time writing a instant-messenger over IPX (it was a Novell LAN) while everyone else was writing "exercise programs". We didn't get a grade for it, even though our program was much more advanced than the others' Admittedly the side work is what kept me interested in the class.I tested out of alot of the stuff. The pinnacle of my side work is when I set up a 3 server, 10 client Ethernet network utilizing 10BaseT with a star topology and a bus topology for another set of clients on the same network. We were running Netware 3.12 and 4.11, and Linux as servers, DOS, Win 3.11, and Win95 as clients. That is the kind of experience you can't buy. The best part is that the teacher eventually realized I wasn't turning in assignments any more and I told him what was going on (I had the whole thing up and running when I told him) and not surprisingly he was impressed. paul(at)timmins.net if anyone would like more advice on how to do this at your school:-)

There was a piece of software in the folder with the programs that run TWAIN and stuff like that (not c:\windows\twain32, the actual "Program Files" folder for the scanner) that played 5 or 6 songs using the scanner motor and different speeds of it. It reversed direction, sped up, slowed down. It was way cool.:-)
