    I have found every deskI sit at to be too tall for me. My current desk required me to use two 2x4s to lower the keyboard to an acceptable height. I simply drilled wood to the underside of the desk and mounted the keyboard tray to the 2x4s.

    People seem worried that this radical controller will drive away 3rd party developers. But the revolution includes ports to plug in gamecube controllers and memory cards. Why not use the old gamecube controller, which behaves the same as the xbox and ps controllers do, for traditional gaming? This approach is inline with how developer are integrating the DS's touch screen and d-pad.

    It is also within your iBook's power to run an additional monitor without mirroring the display. Again, there are openfirmware hacks to change this behavior. It is commonly thought that apple cripples functionality in order to differentiate between the pro and consumer lines of their products.

    Better, as in faster, cluster computing for one. Maybe we can get accurate weather predictions in the pacific north west. Say 99% chance of rain instead of 100%.

    Tucker, Applied Combinatorics. It has the richest problem set of any book i owned as an undergrad. I've had grad level texts use problems from the book. I'm not just saying this because i have a copy of it for sale :-)

    Why limit yourself to PCMCIA-card? Many new phones have bluetooth built in. I know my ericcson t68i can be used as a bluetooth modem with OS-X. I assume there is similiar functionality in Windows and Linux. The cost of service is the only barrier stopping me from deploying it.
