We had a planet full of them at the end of Protector, what happened to them, surely some of them had something else to do after defeting the Core Pak second wave?

just a point neighbor, the smoke ring is not set in the known space series, it in the series where earth is run by the state. ( Kendy for The State)
But otherwise yeah there is so much fun to be had there. Anyone for a pedle driven fanblade "bike"
When CD-roms first came out Someone came up with the idea of putting magnetic media on the top & a floppy style head in the CD Drive to read it. Mainly for games to record current position & high scores etc. It never flew, I guess because the console makers never picked up on it.

In the book, it was put down to frog (or lizard)DNA being used to fill in the gaps in the dino DNA & that frogs (or lizards) have this type of vision.
