So let me see if I get this straight... Yahoo, a multi-billion dollar monster of a company, is doing badly? Google surely doesn't want to be a multi-billion dollar company like Yahoo?

Also, when was Yahoo ever big on searches? They were a catalog, not a search engine. Remember how they used Google for their searches?

If Opera supports both the IE way and the W3C way, why don't you stick to W3C stuff and ignore the IE stuff in Opera?

I rarely see this being a problem on real web sites. Most of the time they are sniffing for Opera and sending it stuff from back in the 6.x days when it didn't have proper DOM support. Opera's problem isn't that it supports IE stuff (Firefox does too), but that it used to have crappy DOM support until v7.

You don't need to be #1 to make money, as proven by Nintendo and others, such as Apple. But I believe that the Revolution, like the DS, will attract new players, expanding the market, and making Nintendo truckloads of money on the process.

They screwed up big time, and the consequences are that I and many others will point out Sony's spyware fiasco as often as possible, to prevent people from buying their potentially spyware infected products.
