    ... is that the resulting documentation would have to be written by lawyers and technical writers.

    Long have I said that if the BC Building Code (1400+ pages, almost 17 lbs of book) were ever written in plain, straight English, it would fit in my back pocket, and I have no doubt copyright info would be much the same way. HOWEVER, it's never going to happen, because you're never going to be able to get any sort of concrete, prescriptive documents that the lawyers could get behind.

    Nope... you're being genuinely, unambiguously uneducated. But not sarcastic.

    Cuba trades with Canada, Europe, Cuba, Venezuela, Brazil... but an AMERICAN embargo will force them to change. Yeah. That's working well, after four decades of communism, tourism, cheap gas, and free technology.

    Because there's no way in Hell you're getting OFF the moon with ion drives. 1/6th gravity is still way, way more attractive force than an ion drive is capable of generating. But yeah, once you're back in (relatively) zero-gravity space, toodle around in your ion drives all you want.

    How did that get modded as a troll?

    His job, as is the job of many military officials, is to look at EVERYTHING in the world as a potential weapon, to be used by or against "us". I am wondering how he carries on, after all these years, looking at things like the internet, which is inherently nonviolent, as a place for warfare.
