Hmm, how could they possibly put the bracket immediatly after the "if"? It's not everyday you see a C++ code snippet that goes like:

if {
// some code here
}

..unless they're using some of those wierd macroes they usually use in MFC code...

Remove the ink

Why not remove the ink from the pen and write directly onto some surface (table, wall etc) and spare the paper?

Yes, you wouldn't be able to see what you've written so far, but for small, quick notes this would be a lot quicker than f.i. Palm - and quieter than dictafones.

People playing GTA and Carmageddon in their cars can't tell reality from the game and have thus mixed the two up. 435 were runned over last night, but fortunately the driver did reach the checkpoint in time.
