If your going to be using the iPod on a Mac/Win/Lin box, just put all the Yamipod varriation on it. That way you can just run that program. If your using windows or mac, you can even run yamipod from the ipod itself.
Opera has had tabs for a very, very long time, Netcaptor or MyIE2 only got the idea from Opera and tried to impliment it using the Internet Explorer engine. Get your facts strait my friend, Opera has been around ALOT longer then most other Browsers and has been using a Multi Document Interface since version 1.0 (although i'm not exactly sure when tabs came into play, however i Highly doubt it was afer those two IE nock offs)

Okay... while i was reading your little post i remembered about a little search engine bought out by ASK.com.. thats right.. teoma.com a not so shabby search engine.. well i ran your test with teoma vs googlel... and well.. Teoma took about 3 seconds and jag-lovers.org was the second one from the top and OS X came up on the third page under RESOURCES not under Resaults. i also found the same thing as you with google..
Does everyone forget where DOS origanly came from and how it got into M$'s hands? it was "bought" for a really cheap price... you could say stolen... he took the idea completely and ran with it....
Ok think about this.. The FBI gets a warent to be able to place this software on your computer, but how are they going to do this without breaking the "Terrorist" item that bush created... deaming that all "Hacking" "Cracking" or "Script-Kiddies" are deamed terrorists.. before you know it the entire FBI will be behind bars..
