Exactly but who benefits? Lawyers because they will have to be represented. In fact, lawyers are why we have letter-of-the-law indictments in the first place. All the more reason judges should simply nullify such cases when they hit their desk. "Sorry, this case is bullshit. Next?"

  6. Where's justice? on 6 Pennsylvania Teens Face Child Porn Charges For Pics of Selves · · Score: 2

Our system is called the "Criminal Justice System." Where is there any "justice" in this case? I blame judges. The judge should simply throw the case out, period. "As a judge it is my duty to see where justice can be served. I feel there is no better result for the public than for prosecutors to learn the lesson that our system always prosecute with an eye towards justice. Maybe throwing this pathetic case out will help them learn this lesson or at the least encourage the public to demand prosecutors who do so!"

Oh I doubt that. Once they enter the courtroom it really comes down to whether that preceding can be re-broadcast. The litigants are in open court and thus are not subject to privacy in this regard. It's just like taking a photo at a park. You don't have to get a release from everyone involved. IANAL either but I'd venture this is the case.

I'm with ya for the most part. However making a plant green costs money. Equipment has to be purchased for dealing with waste etc. The market will bear out if that product is viable and at what price. New Belgium Brewery is one of the greenest plants and is head and shoulders above most breweries. They product is sold at a very competitive price too so it can be done.

Federal funding of universities needs to be cut. Many are hording large pools of cash and yet keep increasing student tuition. Couple that with profiting off of their students ideas and frankly we shouldn't continue to pour tax money into these entities. The time has come to start auditing schools and supplementing funding based on need.

I know, a tired old point but I'm frankly sick of hearing about government entities and public works entities being brought down because they've bought into the Windows-everywhere philosophy.
