humans can tell the difference. there are noticeable artifacts on near all mp3s and aac for example. there are missing frequencies and missing details. there are missing microseconds of sound wave changes, which sometimes I believe results in sounds you cannot hear or cannot tell what they are.
for example current formats compress all a sound wave to a single point in space, and an entire seconds worth of sound into 1 sample for the entire second (whereas sound waves change in-between the second measurement, meaning details between readings are lost or blended in with other sounds).

For example, I went into UCLA ER two weeks ago asking for additional diagnostics per my MD on my brain injury which is the result of military trauma. I have confirmed injury through blood work which detected muscle/brain break down. I had a brain scan done which showed damage. Working diagnosis: CTE/chronic traumatic encephalopathy.
UCLA also happens to be a large hospital that is part of the military industrial complex, and they do experiments on the public (long history of using the public as guinea pigs, see CIA MKULTRA). UCLA brought in a psychiatrist (a whole team of them) and which they used to diagnose me with psychotic disorder, refused testing or treatment, and I had to hire an attorney to get out. They ignored my outside doctors and my psychologist who said I have no psychosis or delusion in all my reports, which I brought to the ER with me.
CCHR is a human rights group I contacted about this, and they tell me that UCLA and similar hospitals love to fill their beds up so that they have people to run their experiments on, which is mostly a benefit to the military/CIA/government/sometimes corporations who is paying for the research. In the past, UCLA would shock kids with installed electrical grids laid out on the floors so they couldn't escape, cattle prod them resulting in physical burns and injuries, and get away with mutilation as they did CIA MKULTRA research (over $20+ million dollars funneled from the CIA to UCLA; dozens of other hospitals and universities were involved all around the country, as well, meaning you're going to have a hard time getting another opinion wherever you go).
What I can tell the public, and they don't really know it: almost every university and major hospital or research center is military industrial complex, and Justina herself is in one of these hospitals. Her primary condition is probably being deliberately ignored just so the psych/mind doctors can play games with her, and use her body for experimental research. This is the only thing that makes sense when I see what this hospital did. There is no way this girl is safe in their care, and she's probably experiencing deliberate indifference, and is at risk as the stories say of being denied medical care for her real condition.

CCHR hooked me up with two attorney's when I was down in Los Angeles last week, visiting UCLA for a brain injury, when the psychiatrists there misdiagnosed me, refused to do tests or treatment for my physical injury, then had me committed to UCLA Resnick and tried to force medications when I had no signs of mental illness. the current formats also don't record but a fraction of the frequency/waveform, which would actually require gigabytes per second to actually record fully. the current format is heavily compressed, and thus very low quality, and hardly discringuishable (although I can hear it quite a bit) from lossy or lossless formats.
because our lossless formats are of such low resolution they are better but not by much compared to lossy formats.
humans can tell the difference. there are noticeable artifacts on near all mp3s and aac for example. there are missing frequencies and missing details. there are missing microseconds of sound wave changes, which sometimes I believe results in sounds you cannot hear or cannot tell what they are.
for example current formats compress all a sound wave to a single point in space, and an entire seconds worth of sound into 1 sample for the entire second (whereas sound waves change in-between the second measurement, meaning details between readings are lost or blended in with other sounds).

And it seems a lot more plausible than pesticides because the same problem is effecting birds, and humans as well, and most of the effects of EMF were probably not even considered in this Harvard study. For example, I went into UCLA ER two weeks ago asking for additional diagnostics per my MD on my brain injury which is the result of military trauma. I have confirmed injury through blood work which detected muscle/brain break down. I had a brain scan done which showed damage. Working diagnosis: CTE/chronic traumatic encephalopathy.
UCLA also happens to be a large hospital that is part of the military industrial complex, and they do experiments on the public (long history of using the public as guinea pigs, see CIA MKULTRA). UCLA brought in a psychiatrist (a whole team of them) and which they used to diagnose me with psychotic disorder, refused testing or treatment, and I had to hire an attorney to get out. They ignored my outside doctors and my psychologist who said I have no psychosis or delusion in all my reports, which I brought to the ER with me.
CCHR is a human rights group I contacted about this, and they tell me that UCLA and similar hospitals love to fill their beds up so that they have people to run their experiments on, which is mostly a benefit to the military/CIA/government/sometimes corporations who is paying for the research. In the past, UCLA would shock kids with installed electrical grids laid out on the floors so they couldn't escape, cattle prod them resulting in physical burns and injuries, and get away with mutilation as they did CIA MKULTRA research (over $20+ million dollars funneled from the CIA to UCLA; dozens of other hospitals and universities were involved all around the country, as well, meaning you're going to have a hard time getting another opinion wherever you go).
What I can tell the public, and they don't really know it: almost every university and major hospital or research center is military industrial complex, and Justina herself is in one of these hospitals. Her primary condition is probably being deliberately ignored just so the psych/mind doctors can play games with her, and use her body for experimental research. This is the only thing that makes sense when I see what this hospital did. There is no way this girl is safe in their care, and she's probably experiencing deliberate indifference, and is at risk as the stories say of being denied medical care for her real condition.

The technology today is so advanced that each country has the technology in their arsenal, especially the super powers. The United States has the largest amount of EMP weapons (we refer to them as directed energy weapons, linked to the SDI/Strategic Defense Initiative/Star Wars program).
The first poster in this thread called it fear mongering, but if any country decided to attack us with one of these weapons, they'd be able to do some damage just like the original article says.
An issue is also not the politics because experts have been going over the mystery of directed energy for decades. In the United States, the whole directed energy issue is "classified" and more secretive than the Manhattan project (which was the project that developed the first nuclear bomb, which was pretty secretive).
What many Americans don't know is the government knows all about directed energy but they don't want the public to know about it because of all the experiments and crime that have occurred with it. There's like a big case of many with knowledge of directed energy getting assassinated, and the issue of the public being targeted with weapons attacks and torture with it. Senator Paul Wellstone was assassinated in 2003 with it, the World Trade Center was dustified with it in 2001, thousands of people report being mind controlled and experimented on with it (or otherwise being murdered/hurt with it).
The Strategic Defense Initiative is already out there and the EMP weapons are deployed globally. In all satellites, phased array antenna, and radar systems. There are literal "goldeneye" weapons capable of targeting both humans and machine alike all over the world. But let me give you a hint about SDI and Star Wars: It can both injure people, and protect them. CCHR hooked me up with two attorney's when I was down in Los Angeles last week, visiting UCLA for a brain injury, when the psychiatrists there misdiagnosed me, refused to do tests or treatment for my physical injury, then had me committed to UCLA Resnick and tried to force medications when I had no signs of mental illness.
