Exactly, nobody really care that much about skills with a language when the set of skills you are really looking at is statistics. The R user is doing statistics while most of the python users don't know a fuck about statistics. So, if you are seeking for a stats guy and are too stupid to ask for it namely, you may ask for a R guy and get someone who knows stats. With python, you will get someone knowing python.

systemd? Seriously? Get over it man! And Gnome 3 and KDE stuff as well.

You are trolling here. Your argument is lame. You blame Gnome 3 and systemd to make Linux be like Windows and you conclude Windows 10 will then be found much better by people. Really? You are just trying to coat your old complains with new frosting.

However, I believe Microsoft is perfectly entitled to drop support for newer processors in old versions of Windows. Supporting old versions of Windows cost money and doesn't gather money anymore. Microsoft has made it clear; Windows 10 is the last stop and Windows 10 will be a rolling distro. They clearly no longer play the marketing confusion game with multiple versions of Windows. They will put the money where it is likely to profit. Supporting old versions of Windows is not profitable whatever the prima dona think about how better they were.

Now, I really fear for the enterprise I am working for these days. They are just starting to migrate from Windows XP to Windows 7 on the desktop. Soon they will be forced to migrate to Windows 10 as the old generations of Intel processors will be phased out. Someone will have to kick his own arse before being kicked hard.

If someone doesn't bother to have a decent sepulture for his/her relative to commemorate once a while, there is plenty of land unsuitable for useful purpose for this. Deserts, namely. The argument to not waste valuable land doesn't hold water. But hey, you do whatever you want with your remains as long as it doesn't become a threat to others. I just believe the argumentation is a load of bullshit, it is not like rebuilding soil from human corpses make a significant difference overall. There is already plenty of organic material available to rebuild soil, they even convert it into fuel instead. Maybe we could turn human corpses into diesel or gasoline?

Actually there is 14 actively maintained Javascript engines out there and 4 unmaintained. I just mentioned two out of them because they were coupled with the two other significant web browser to make a fair comparison about supported features.

The comparison with the number of text editors is irrelevant and unfair. There isn't a standardized interface and behavior for a text editor, it is all a matter of choice and taste. It cannot be compare to a Javascript engine which have to stick to a publish standard. Unless you consider adding extension that would break portability of code between browsers is a desirable feature.

Is there a need for yet another Javascript engine in the public domain? How this one distinguish itself from the others? I may understand the Microsoft motivation behind this, but I don't believe there is a huge interest from the community to participate. Why would someone decide to contribute to ChakraCore? Microsoft just hope the community will take care of it and make sure it behaves in sync with other engines increasing the compatibility of its browser engine with the others. Why not just implementing V8 in Microsoft Edge instead? Or SpiderMonkey?

The BB's CEO never said such a thing. He never ever talked about putting backdoors, he talked about sharing METADATA with authorities if justified and required.
